Having your plain and simple protein shake can be really boring sometimes so I like to switch it up occasionally. You can also add fruits if you want to.
You need:
- 80g oatmeal flour (you can also make your own flour with oatflakes)
- 40g wheat flour
- 90g protein powder (I like to use chocolate)
- 230g greec yogurt
- 1 egg
- 80ml eggwhite
- Vanilla flavor
Bake them for around 15min /177 C
