A sweet bread which is perfect as a snack or for breakfast. I either make it with hazel or with almonds and coconut. Fresh, juicy and light without flour or sugar.
What you need is:
- 4-5 bananas
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A little bit of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 taespoon baking powder
- 200g grounded almonds/hazelnuts
- 100g grounded coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
bake it for around 35 min/ 180 C T.H.
