Protein Pancakes
Who doesn’t love pancakes?! It is sadly not the type of food you should eat regularly when you are leaning down, trying to lose weight/fat etc. But, instead of flour and sugar you can use your favorite protein powder and create a healthier pancake version.
What you need is (4-7 small pancakes):
- 1 Banana
- 2 medium sized eggs
- a little bit cinnamon
- 60g oat flakes
- 30g of your favorite protein powder
- max. 100ml milk (coconut/almond/low-fat milk)
- If its not sweet enough you can add some honey
- mix everything together and brown them on each sight until they have the color you like.
